If Klemens Graumenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Im Schöll's zone, Ioannis zum Felde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heiner Traband came out of the goal and Ioannis zum Felde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Tauchmann during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Paul Tauchmann kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After having played for 9 minutes, Christian Clason managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Struthütten FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Clason was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Folker Springfeld sped through Struthütten FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bryan Pfeiffer. Bryan Pfeiffer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folker Springfeld in the 18th minute of play. If Maximilian Dreßel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th match minute, Im Schöll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giacomo Otabo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Struthütten FC's Klemens Graumenz got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 25th minute, Giacomo Otabo had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Im Schöll's Johannes Tepper got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Im Schöll booed when Struthütten FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Clason didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Detlef Klaassen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Im Schöll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Detlef Klaassen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Klemens Graumenz was the one to do the kick off. When Detlef Klaassen came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Im Schöll fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Detlef Klaassen couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the match, Im Schöll's goalkeeper Heiner Traband had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ioannis zum Felde. Struthütten FC's Ioannis zum Felde was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 59th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Folker Springfeld during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Folker Springfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. If Klemens Graumenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ioannis zum Felde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 71 played minutes Im Schöll got a freekick which was hit by Paul Tauchmann. A hard shot 73 in the game by Ioannis zum Felde from a close distance when the talented Heiner Traband managed to make a qualified save. Im Schöll's players were relieved. Johannes Tepper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Detlef Klaassen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bryan Pfeiffer. Struthütten FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Detlef Klaassen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The audience was convinced that Klemens Graumenz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Heiner Traband was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Ioannis zum Felde's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Heiner Traband firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Struthütten FC's zone, Johannes Tepper stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bryan Pfeiffer came out of the goal and Johannes Tepper tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Folker Springfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryan Pfeiffer having to interfere. 90 minutes into the game, Eibo Willsch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Im Schöll's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Struthütten FC the free kick. Eibo Willsch hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute Klemens Graumenz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heiner Traband saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
