Spectators: 7838 (Terracing: 5880, Seating: 1802, VIP seats: 156) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Konsta Elo started the match with the kick off. Aatami Suoste made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tuukka Järventie in the 3rd minute. When Taavetti Pursiainen came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Mormons FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Taavetti Pursiainen couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute Tuukka Järventie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aatami Suoste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Tuukka Järventie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute, Konsta Elo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mormons FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Mormons FC's Olavi Lindström pulled a muscle in his back after 23 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Alpi Savijoki fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Långback's protests and gave Alpi Savijoki a yellow card for diving instead. Aatami Suoste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuukka Järventie in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Långback's Tuukka Järventie ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aatami Suoste. Aatami Suoste yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. The supporters of Mormons FC booed when Långback was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alpi Savijoki didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Tuukka Järventie dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aatami Suoste, 2-1. When Anssi Tikkanen came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Långback fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anssi Tikkanen couldn't finish the play. Aatami Suoste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuukka Järventie in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Mormons FC booed when Långback was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Kujanpää didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salomo Siltanen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Urpo Normio. Långback's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Konsta Elo might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Urpo Normio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Konsta Elo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 45th minute Tuukka Järventie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aatami Suoste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th match minute, Långback was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anssi Tikkanen to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tuukka Järventie to make the kick off. Aatami Suoste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuukka Järventie in the 63rd minute of the match. The supporters of Långback booed when Mormons FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salomo Siltanen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mormons FC's Aatami Suoste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuukka Järventie in the 67th minute of play. Tuukka Järventie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aatami Suoste having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tuukka Järventie in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aatami Suoste saved Mormons FC from getting behind. When Långback's Tuukka Järventie in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mormons FC's goalie prevented a goal. The corner ended in Tino Harikkala almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mormons FC's Aatami Suoste did a great save. 85 minutes into the match, Tuukka Järventie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aatami Suoste. Mormons FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tuukka Järventie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Aatami Suoste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuukka Järventie in the 90th minute of play. When Yrjänä Pirnes came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Mormons FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yrjänä Pirnes couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Konsta Elo got free with Urpo Normio in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aatami Suoste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuukka Järventie, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Anssi Tikkanen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Aatami Suoste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Långback fully deserved thier win.
