In the 32nd minute, Battal Gazi Özbilir sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Alasehir JK's Enginsu Altınpınar didn't even have to move. Öztürk Hanbeyi took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davut Kaçkar. Davut Kaçkar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Enginsu Altınpınar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haluk Tokgöz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Mustafa Ali Derdiyok got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Şaheser FC's zone, Öztürk Hanbeyi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davut Kaçkar came out of the goal and Öztürk Hanbeyi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Gökçen Turay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Alasehir JK getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Haluk Tokgöz to make the kick off. When İlmi Sacid came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Alasehir JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İlmi Sacid couldn't finish the play. Alasehir JK's Enginsu Altınpınar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baran Çırakoğlu in the 60th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Ali Derdiyok during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 played minutes Alasehir JK got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Ali Derdiyok. In the 68th match minute, Alasehir JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İlmi Sacid to maneuver through the defense. One of Alasehir JK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Şaheser FC:s goal. Şaheser FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haluk Tokgöz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 98th minute, Haluk Tokgöz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alasehir JK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
