Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wilhelm Nienhaus kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, New England Tea Men's Marinus Bonato got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 5th match minute, Hertha 1969 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ziemowit Tscherner to maneuver through the defense. Hertha 1969's Jörg Hannemann got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mac Karlen kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Victoriano Dunixi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Paulo da Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, New England Tea Men's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo da Silva came free, but Victoriano Dunixi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by New England Tea Men's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zé Paulo da Silva was slow to take the kick. During this time Hertha 1969's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Zé Paulo da Silva got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Victoriano Dunixi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 16th minute of the match Jörg Hannemann sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victoriano Dunixi skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Zé Paulo da Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hertha 1969's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Paulo da Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victoriano Dunixi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilhelm Nienhaus in the 21st minute of play forced New England Tea Men's goalkeeper Victoriano Dunixi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marinus Bonato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Rune Jarstein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Benedikt Bensch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victoriano Dunixi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Rune Jarstein successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nertil Maldini hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute New England Tea Men were awarded a corner. Jeremias Hauri went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Josep Miquelarena managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Mac Karlen made the kick off in the second half. New England Tea Men's Victoriano Dunixi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Nienhaus in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, New England Tea Men's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Nienhaus came free, but Victoriano Dunixi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rune Jarstein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mac Karlen in the 56th minute of the match. Wilhelm Nienhaus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zé Paulo da Silva struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Victoriano Dunixi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hertha 1969. 68 minutes into the match, New England Tea Men's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Nienhaus came free, but Victoriano Dunixi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilhelm Nienhaus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Victoriano Dunixi made a huge save. After some careless play in the New England Tea Men defense, Wilhelm Nienhaus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victoriano Dunixi. The New England Tea Men fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victoriano Dunixi should have stopped the shot. Hertha 1969's Emilio Melzer was substituted for Jörg Hannemann. Wilhelm Nienhaus might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victoriano Dunixi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilhelm Nienhaus ran back to his position shaking his head. Victoriano Dunixi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Nienhaus in the 75th minute of play. Victoriano Dunixi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilhelm Nienhaus's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. After a rather tough play, New England Tea Men's Sasho Stariradev got a free kick in the 79th minute. Rune Jarstein came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by New England Tea Men's Josep Miquelarena. But to his dismay, Josep Miquelarena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A collision led to New England Tea Men getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Veltin Hübscher hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zé Paulo da Silva got free with Victoriano Dunixi in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victoriano Dunixi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Paulo da Silva in the 93rd minute. Zé Paulo da Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Victoriano Dunixi made a huge save.
