Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) 5 minutes into the match, Poli Iași's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Bălăiță came free, but Denis Apopei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciprian Flamaropol's late challenge caught a Dacians Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciprian Flamaropol helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th minute, Ciprian Flamaropol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th match minute, Dacians Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernest Bălăiță to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Dacians Academy's Matei Panciu got a free kick in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Filip Şneapotă dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Costică Juverdeanu, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vali Ignătoiu in the 13th minute of play forced Poli Iași's goalkeeper Denis Apopei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Poli Iași's goal looked a bit too open when Corneliu Bosânceanu came free, but Denis Apopei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Poli Iași's Denis Apopei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vali Ignătoiu in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Corneliu Bosânceanu notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Poli Iași's Denis Apopei. Denis Apopei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Radu Mihalcea in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Costică Juverdeanu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 35 minutes into the game, when Ciprian Flamaropol put in a rough tackle. Denis Apopei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corneliu Bosânceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Radu Mihalcea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poli Iași fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Vali Ignătoiu made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Vali Ignătoiu could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Denis Apopei however easily saved by the left post. 53 minutes into the game, Filip Şneapotă cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Costică Juverdeanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Denis Apopei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristinel Dumitru in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Dacians Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Radu Mihalcea came free, but Costică Juverdeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 played minutes Poli Iași got a freekick which was hit by Cristinel Gogu. After 68 minutes of play, Dacians Academy's Vali Ignătoiu made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Apopei was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Dacians Academy defense, Radu Mihalcea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Costică Juverdeanu. The Dacians Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Costică Juverdeanu should have stopped the shot. Corneliu Bosânceanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Denis Apopei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Corneliu Bosânceanu ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Filip Şneapotă put it in 5-3 from a short distance just to the right of Costică Juverdeanu. In the 86th match minute, Dacians Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ioan Corlățean to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the match, Vali Ignătoiu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Denis Apopei, 5-4. When the referee blew the final whistle, Poli Iași could leave the field as winners, despite Dacians Academy having more of the ball for most of the match.
