U21 Sweden:s Elo Hira showed great skill when he stopped 孙星林:s penalty. Sun Wei hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, U21 Sweden's goal looked a bit too open when 孙星林 came free, but Elo Hira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute 孙星林 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elo Hira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, 曹宇峰 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck 邱骋海 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, 蒋森弘 took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Elo Hira to make any attempt to save it. U21 China's 刘昆震 was substituted for 楚坤笑. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albin Blomqvist in the 88th managed to get into a good position.
