Spectators: 10364 (Terracing: 7773, Seating: 2384, VIP seats: 207) Teodoro Goito started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, U21 Argentina's Teodoro Goito ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Will Molina. Will Molina yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Teodoro Goito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute, Teodoro Goito reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Will Molina. The goal made the score 2-0. Teodoro Goito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 16 played minutes U21 Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Guerrero. In the 17th match minute, U21 Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovani Pinho to maneuver through the defense. Will Molina came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by U21 Argentina's Clemente Valdivieso. But to his dismay, Clemente Valdivieso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind U21 Honduras's goalkeeper Will Molina, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, U21 Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Elizardo came free, but Will Molina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Guerrero in the 35th minute of play forced U21 Argentina's goalkeeper Tomás Aureo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Will Molina was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Serafin Elizardo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 38 minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Teodoro Goito could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Will Molina however easily saved by the left post.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilberto Pineda made a kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Teodoro Goito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Honduras's Will Molina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 63 played minutes U21 Argentina got a freekick which was hit by Martin Santikurtz. U21 Argentina's Genaro Rufo was substituted for Teodoro Goito. U21 Argentina's Simon Jenaro was substituted for Clemente Valdivieso. Serafin Elizardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Will Molina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Elias Villatoro kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 81stth minute of the game Genaro Rufo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Honduras's Will Molina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute, Genaro Rufo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Will Molina was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 89th minute, Genaro Rufo made a precise shot to the right of Will Molina. U21 Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. After a defensive mix-up in U21 Honduras's zone, Simon Jenaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Will Molina came out of the goal and Simon Jenaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Genaro Rufo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Will Molina having to make a save. U21 Honduras's Will Molina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Rufo in the 95th minute of play. The U21 Argentina fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when U21 Argentina's Genaro Rufo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. For all the effort they put into the match, the U21 Honduras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for U21 Argentina.
