The new sim getting better

I notice that my fortune is taking a turn for the better in the new sim. i am starting to get winning result although i am not scoring scoring most of my chances but the wins in the league is more important for me and should be the same for most manager. I guess it all comes down to finding the right tactics. ANYONE WANT HELP TO FIND THE RIGHT TACTICS CAN MESSAGE ME FOR ADVISE.
