wont let me open 3D

I try to open 3D version for managerzone and it won't let me. It starts good preparing match, but then the problem starts in loading up the 3D. Ive got the latest Java and I have windows Vista, and it used to work for me. Just a recent problem. When loading it says 1/17 loading, and then it doesnt even complete the loading, it says Error Download Failed.
