youth again

since i just took control of the club, and 3 weeks left from this season, i was wondering if it's a good idea to get only 3 youths now, and from the start of the next season another 13. if so, next season i'll have 3 17years old youths and 13 16 years old youths? thanks!since i just took control of the club, and 3 weeks left from this season, i was wondering if it's a good idea to get only 3 youths now, and from the start of the next season another 13.

Personally, I would start ordering youths from next season. I mean, more than half a season has gone by, so it's not really worth it. This is just my second season of MZ so these are fairly my opions. From what I know it's not good to get youth at the end of the season since u will miss out most of that season's training, but some people say that if you get youths at mid season or later on (for newly started teams) your youths will get some extra balls for compensation. Do you plan to replace all your seniors with your youths and play with a full youth team on your leaguegames??? Or are you planning to enter U18 cups? If the answers to those two questions are no then I wouldn't suggest you to get 16 youths right away since you won't be able to send them all to training camps. I would rather spread the youths out evenly over 3 seasons since we get to train them for that time before they joins our seniors. I believe that is what he meant. Another advantage of spreading your youth like this is that only a handful are graduating each season so you are not hit with a huge wage bill increase at the start of the new season. It will give you a little more breathing room to decide which youth to keep and which to sell (or release if they're really bad) after they graduate. Just remember that on the youth academy page to increase youth you add the number of new youth you want to the number of existing youth you have. So first year you set it for 6, next season for 11 and the third season for 16. After the third season your academy will automatically bring in new youth to replace those who graduate so at that point you don't have to worry about changing it again.I believe that is what he meant.
