All Youth Team??

im thinking since im new here, i should sell up my seniors and go with in all out youth team 16 players. Is that a good idea for a begginner or should i wait a season or twoim thinking since im new here, i should sell up my seniors and go with in all out youth team 16 players. Personally I couldn't think of any reason not to do it straight away... When training youths, just make sure they rotate through skills, and make sure they train with a coach that has more balls in the particular skill than the players. No more than 4 youths to one training section. Sorted - There isn't much more to know about training than that, you can learn the rest on the way...Personally I couldn't think of any reason not to do it straight away...

I suggest to get experienced players to backup your youth, may be about 4-6 seniors with age 30+, and they cost cheaper than talented U21.I suggest to get experienced players to backup your youth, may be about 4-6 seniors with age 30+, and they cost cheaper than talented U21.
