Maxing on a player means that they have reached the limit of that particular skill
ie if a player is training on say speed and has just got his say 6th ball and the next day he did not train then he has maxed on speed and will not go any further in that skill, and should be moved to another skill .
Hope that helps

on your training report, at the bottom of the report list, players with an empty box, no hint of green progress or red decline, a player showing no training progress at the bottom of your training report indicates he has maxed in that particular skill and you need to move him to another skill, there are ways and means to remember this, there are linked sites you can record it on and i believe it shows on certain skiller sites, i dont use any, so perhaps some one could point you in a better direction for that..
