Training BUG?

Why is it every time I get a player back from training camp he no longer trains in the skill once he leaves? Dont tell me every player maxes out mid ball when leaving and it has nothing to do with any other factor other than the player wont train once he leaves. Any one else found this?Why is it every time I get a player back from training camp he no longer trains in the skill once he leaves? If a player is maxing in TC then he will train whatever remaining skills for the rest of the time, he won't max mid-ball.If a player is maxing in TC then he will train whatever remaining skills for the rest of the time, he won't max mid-ball.

if you send a player for lets say speed-stamina-shooting camp and he is in training field set up for shooting and during camp he maxed shooting then until the rest of camp he will train speed and stamina and after he is back he won't train shooting any more. Player after coming back from the Camp will continue training the skill he was put earlier in the Training Field. If he is maxed he won't of course increase in that skill and you should move him to another skill. Player also can't max in between (mid-ball or partial balls) player will max one day after getting a ball.Player after coming back from the Camp will continue training the skill he was put earlier in the Training Field. thanks for the obvious comments guys - I tried to squash those thoughts with my opening comments. I UNDERSTAND how maxing, training and all that works, which was why I posed the question. How about this.....suppose I send a player to train for speed, stam and ball control. He gets no balls in any of these skills and trains in all 3 skills, every day. Then he leaves camp and won't train in any of those skills. No maxings, no factor other than leaving camp. Also, are you training with coach when he gets back? Are your training reports showing that there is no progress or is it just very slow?
