Yeah thats probably the best way to go about it, especially if your in for the long haul :P What I will say though is all players should be competent in speed and stamina, its a very important skillset and will be essential as you move through the divisions. Build your stadium to its optimum setting using the stadium planner which you'll find at [b] mentaldog.com [/b] ...Keep sending youths to the Training Camp or YTC which can be great for highlighting a player's future strengths. http://www.mentaldog.com/mz/player_skills.htm keep 11+3 till u can find cheap replacements for them. keep 4 players to train in GK. work on ur stadium first n use ur frndlies to try different formations n tactics. ur youths are imp but if u wish u can totally rely on transfer as ur market is gd enough. get cheap coaches(4-6 balls in a skill) for now to train ur players.http://www.mentaldog.com/mz/player_skills.htm
