How many players minimum can you have

I have overbooked cup games and either I play my youths so much that they will get tired and need rest in 3 cups or just use them for 2 cups and forfeit one of the cups. I want to use every sub I can so that i can put enough players on the field in a the 3rd cup so I don't forfeit and can get paid for the game. What is the minimum number of players I have to put on the field for the game to go on.
