coaches age

I've had this in my mind since i started playing, and when i got back from a break from MZ, so, is there any importance at all for a coaches age? Does it matter at all, or is it just a little adder to the game? Age doesn't make a bit of a difference my friend. And if I'm not mistaken, no, they don't retire.Age doesn't make a bit of a difference my friend.
