Instant match-form?

Hi I always play my 4 friendlies a week. I know that i shouldn't play more. What happens when someone chooses me for instant match/challenge? Do those matches affect my form at all? Hope not....thanks.Hi

Play as many instant matches as you like... they dont effect player form negatively. Same goes for cup matches and FLs.Play as many instant matches as you like... they dont effect player form negatively. Same goes for cup matches and FLs.
