These cups are created once a week for new teams, every Wednesday at 00:00 CET, as soon as the previous edition reaches its deadline, so there is always a Welcome Cup open for registration. The criteria is: People who got their team during the 4 weeks before the cup was created or during the cup signup week, and for every edition we move the criteria 1 week.
