my player is training passing, but is loosing gained skill in aerial passing???my player is training passing, but is loosing gained skill in aerial passing???

It doesn't mean that he is maxed in passing. Have you tried to use a coach with more skills e.g. if your player got 6 balls in passing sometimes a coach with 8 balls in passing can stop your player to deteriorate.It doesn't mean that he is maxed in passing. When a player of mine is deteriorating in a skill I put the player on that skill with a coach with more balls than the player to see if that makes a difference. If it doesn't then I normally put the player on Player Intelligence or Keeping. An older player can still improve in certain skills.
