On tuesday, I set my youth to 1, but only gone few only
So I set to 0 youth yesterday, but not gone all of them...
What I should do... I need new youth, to replace my current crap youths
tomorow will saturday.... where new youth must coming, and current setting are set to 0, but crap didn't go

They wont leave till Saturday morning, so you need to reset your academy sometime after they have gone and before Sunday, then your new youths will arrive the following Saturday.
But there is no guarantee that any new youths you get will be 'any better' than what you have now.
Youths are not good or bad till they start maxing on one of the primary skills. You can get a youth come with 5 stamina and you think he is great, but then maxes on 6 which renders him virtually useless except as a keeper maybe.

When you either order a youth or fire one, that happens the Saturday after.
