Hey guys! One quick question. Do youths/other players gain experience from the bench? Or do they actually have to play?
Oh... one other thing, do you gain experience only from league matches or is it enough (if i want my "youths" that just turned 18 to gain experience) with playing friendlies?

Even with friendlies and cups, they gain experience.
A ball in exp. is gained each season.

i thought substitutions gained as much experience as starting-11 players?
i found with my recently (yesterday) graduated youth that 3 out of 5 gained 1 exp. ball when becoming senior, whereas 2 others didn't. whereas all have been playing about as much in (youth) friendlies and U18 cups (apart from participating in TC)

Subs gain a ball if they are used. If not, then no, they don't gain a ball.

As I said, they DO gain experience, but they have to play a bit to be 100% that they will gain a ball. I'm talking about being sure of gaining a ball.

Is there a information even unofficial about how many games (leagues, official cups of friendly) to gain a ball?

i dont think that kind of information would be available, you would possibly be better off using a players age as a marker, for example, my youngest player with 9 in experience is 27, i have a 25 yr old with 7 in experience and from age 29 and up you would be looking at 9/10 and possibly the youngest for 9 ball in experience would be around 26, although i may need correcting on that, but i think there is a general pattern in the growth of experience rather than being able to push it through..

My youths that have graduated have never graduated with and experience ball, even if i had them on the bench of league matches. the only youth i ever used in league games gained an experience ball as soon as he graduated, did the youth players gain some partial experience balls , "NOBODY REALLY KNOWS" but it can't hurt if you leave them on the bench and don't use them, how would i ever prove a youth, after 3 years of sitting on the bench of my league team he gained 20% of an experience ball, it would be hard to prove

i would love to know the experience rating, but i have all kinds of gains and no gains, for example, my gk is 32 yo, i bought him with 30 yo and 9 experience, he is in the starting eleven since i have him, and he never got a exp ball, he actually had 3 season changes with no gain, in other hand i have a lot of 25 yo players with 9 balls, and my second gk is at age 22 with 7 ball, if he keeps geting balls he will be 10 exp at the age of 25, man i would love to know how i did it lolololol
