Head2Head matches are for those Managers who want to do a little more with their team, who want to make decisions live, based on what their opponent is doing. It isn't meant to replace League or Cup matches, but to offer something extra.
The match is divided in 15 minute segments, after which you can update and save your tactics (only one save is allowed per segment, so think carefully before you save) If a red card or injury occurs, you are able to save again.
Between each segment, you are allowed up to 2 minutes to make your changes. We will review this timespan once the feature has been live for some time.
The H2H will feature a chat function as well, so Managers in the H2H game can chat with each other. The chat feature will not be available when we first launch as there is a lot left to finish, to ensure it is safe and fit for purpose (protecting against abuse etc)
The feature has been opened to xA's to give them time to play and we have incorporated some of the feedback they have given.
The cost to play is 2PTs for Club Members and 4PT's for none Club Members, this is paid by the manager who starts the challenge.
There is a lot more we wish to do with Head2Head matches and we will continue to make updates depending on the popularity.

Head2Head is a new feature and there may still be bugs. If you see a bug, please report it to h2htesting@powerchallenge.com and we will fix it. Please remember to include your match ID, browser, OS and Java versions, this helps us track problems faster.
The first screen is the lobby area, where you can find and challenge other Managers.
Once you have challenged or accepted a challenge, you are taken to the tactics screen. Here you can import a saved tactics, or drag and drop a new tactic.
Remember to confirm your tactic after each segment. You have up to 2 minutes in each segment to set tactics once the match has begun.
The match is displayed in the new analyser window to the left of your tactics area. In the screen below you can see my players celebrating a goal (I lost the match 3 - 2!)
The timeline at the top shows goals, substitutions, cards and injuries. This information is also shown in the team roster on the right. You can see that Edvin scored the goal.
Be sure to save a valid tactic, the new editor works a little differently from the old one. If your players are too close, they will still turn red.
If you try and save an invalid tactic, you will receive a warning message.
After the match ends, you can return to the lobby. You can review your old Head2Head matches from the 'Matches' menu on the left.
