Costly mistake?

Oh dear, oh dear... ...i have just discovered that instead of building remaining 7 fast food outlets i am building extra 7 pubs(easy to guess what's on my mind) . I know i can't stop it know and i have to wait till they are built. Now i don't have enough money to start to build fast foods and will have to wait. Money frozen on that. What return i will get when i demolish them?
