Tatics formation bug

Another error that happened to me. During a match, one of my defenders receives red card and the formation on the next second places my best striker in his place, instead of moving the nearest mid-fielder to defense and then placing the nearest forward to midfield... As far as I know, that is how it should work, isn't it?Another error that happened to me.

The Crew CODED it wrong. In a 4-4-2, when a red card occurs you shift to 4-4-1. This SHOULD be via a midfielder moving to defence and a forward moving to midfield, BUT instead it occurs via a forward moving to defence and the midfielder remaining static.The Crew CODED it wrong.
