Use the efficiency chip

Is it worth it in your opinion to use efficiency chip on youth players at 16-17?Is it worth it in your opinion to use efficiency chip on youth players at 16-17?

Definitely, as long as you're not planning to release the player later. They train faster when younger. Even players with training speed 1 train reasonably fast. But I only use efficiency chips on players that are at least training speed 3 or 4 anyway. Obrigado Douglas! I'll plan how to use the ones I have then. Previously I never tried a "project player" to give them one at 16, 17 and 18.
