Just to check, which type of games help to gain experience in players? Friendly league / match pool? World league? Official / friendly cups? Are you sure about that? I really think that it’s only friendlies and league games (just like they are the only ones that can affect the form negatively). At least I’ve never noticed any effect from any other matches, while the effect from friendlies and league games is clear.
