I find that one of the biggest difficulties in getting candidates for presidents of large federations is the organization of friendly leagues that count as internal leagues.
It would be easier if you could delegate that task to the vice president or another member who was previously assigned that responsibility. For this it would be necessary for users who are not presidents to have the option to INVITE THE ENTIRE FEDERATION to the friendly leagues that they create even if they are not the president of that federation (but are a member with the specific role of creating the leagues).
That way the outgoing president or another willing user, from that other role, could help the new president while he gets used to the tasks.
Many users find it too much responsibility and that makes it difficult to find successors (I want to stop being president of 2 federations and I can't find volunteers)
