๐ Big News for Managerzone Managers! ๐ฎ We're updating coach profiles to keep things fresh and realistic. Say goodbye to coaches looking like they've lived through centuries! ๐
โโ๏ธ๐ฐ๏ธ From now on, ages won't be displayed. Instead, for those legendary coaches who've transitioned from players, we'll highlight the seasons they've played. ๐๐
Let's focus on their strategies and achievements, not the numbers.
Is this really an update that is coming?
I really thought that with a coach update, the coaches who have been stuck with the same managers for 50 seasons would finally be freed from the slave wages they probably receive now.
Instead of removing the ages: please take the opportunity to make the coaching system more realistic and dynamic.
Now the coaching system for long-term members has become an unnecessary page on which they have to invest 0.0 manager time.
- ensure that coaches remain employed for a maximum of 4-10 seasons, with contracts that must be renewed every 4-18 weeks.
- this means that if you hire a coach you will always be in good hands for a few seasons, but never for life and coaches remain one of the parts of the game where you can still manage something.
- still give club members the advantage of tacitly extending contracts of a few weeks (up to a maximum of 10 seasons)
This can't be that difficult, can it?
