Subs form

Hi, years ago subs form was 9. Now I started to play again and noticed their form is not, still underplayed despite all starters are 9 in form. Any tips?Hi, years ago subs form was 9. Hi. Mine are OK. A player would maintain its form of 9 if he plays 6 matches (2 Leagues + 4 Friendlies) (or 6 Friendlies). Also if the player is below 9, after one or two weeks of playing 6 matches it will be 9 again. To maintain the form of all my players, this system works for me: I have two separate team. 1. main (shirt number >= 70): Tactic Slot A - plays 2 league matches + 4 friendlies each week 2. extras (shirt number < 70): Tactic Slot B - plays 6 friendlies each week I play all possible friendlies (6 matches for each player) and form of these two groups is always 9. To boost form of a new exchanged youth player (or any player with form 7) I put him on both A and B for a week (Tuesday to Monday). So he would play (or be on the bench) for 2L + 10F matches. His form will be 9 at the next Tuesday. This must work for players with form below 7 too. I'm not 100% sure because I did not have such a player for a long term. Put him on both slots for a week then if it is not enough, next week put him on one slot and he would be 9 after playing his regular 6 matches.Hi.

For season break (two last weeks of a season) if I am not in the playoff, I play all 10 friendlies, 5 by main team and 5 by extras. I always play 5 matches by my main team in season break (5 other games by my extras) and form is maintained on 9 balls for both squads. I did not try playing 4 matches and I am not sure form will be dropped or not.
