Expanding deterioration system

Since this game became very easy, I mean it's too easy to buy old players 32-34 y/o who are well able to defeat way stronger and way ''younger'' teams.. I think we should expand the deterioration system in order to encourage player to build better teams, train better etc.

I think ball control should go down as well, potentially passing/aerial passing. This would give a game a kick and make managers do something else then going to Transfer Market and buying old useless players who are still able to beat stronger teams etc. Invest more in youths!

It would be something new, something with new challenge, making us all to work more on our teams not keeping very old players until they get 35 y/o and they only deteriorate on speed/stamina which in my opinion doesn't matter now anyway because the grandpa player is well able to play well even with 7/6 on speed stamina when the ball control is 9-10.

I know it's a big change and probably crew will never decide to do such a move which would scare some managers, BUT I would love a challange like this. Maybe we would think twice before sacking a young prospect because the old players would be useless with the new expanded deteriorating system!

If you think about it, when player gets old he now only loses speed and stamina in real football, he is also worse in ball control at least !

I would love this change, because I'm sick of scores where somebody pays 10k for a striker and defeat me... and this is because it's too cheap and easy to buy old players. This new deterioration would make them really old players not worth a buy !

Thanks for the reading , it's a crazy idea probably, but....

I think it's fine as it is with speed and stamina only. Just that there could be some variability in terms of when deterioration starts. Maybe deterioration could begin not strictly at age 30, but, let's say, between 28 and 32, and not strictly at the beginning of a season, but at any random time point during a season? Also, the speed of deterioration could be more variable and maybe even different for speed and stamina skills for different players. Then it would be less predictable (also the market would not be flooded with 29 year-olds) and much more interesting.

Basically, I believe that one of the most captivating aspects of the game is the uncertainty in maxings - will a player reach a certain level in a skill, will the LP skill be 7 or more, etc. So dynamic deterioration system would also provide something similar.
