Youth League reduction

I have 23 youths. Tomorrow 11 become seniors and I wish to keep the other 12 but not have any more youths. When should i change the size of the acedemy. If i do today i believe i could randomly lose some of my 18 year olfs. If i do tomorrow i will already have new 16 years old and so could lose some of my 17 year olds. Any changes to the Youth Academy will take effect on Saturdays.Any changes to the Youth Academy will take effect on Saturdays.

Thanks Gordola, that always confused me as On day 1 new players came in not on Saturday. However, yes no existing player leaves until Saturday, so thanks and big thanks to dany_l who messaged me telling me i needed to make the change yesterday. The ideal date to reduce the academy and not lose players and have no new players added is day 89 and 90.
