So it’s been running a while now, and it appears that no matter what I try I’ve reached my limit at team 13. We’re losing regularly by 4, 5, 6 goals.
I’m fine with that, but what I am taking some issue with is the wild disparity of results at lower levels. I’ve been playing my u18s in some games to effectively throw games and go down the list to then rise back up, but it hasn’t been as simple as that. They’ve regularly been grabbing deserved draws and wins, and I even had one game where my u18s outplayed and beat team 11, which is only one team lower than my actual first XI have done!
To be blunt, a significant percentage of the u18s are just going to be binned once they reach 19yo, and most of the good ones have been at camp so I’m really wondering how that is possible.
Anyone else experiencing similar?
