Unresolved error since 2018

The surname "Dinç", which is available for infrastructure players to change their names, cannot be used even though it is in the archive. I wrote to support. It has been 2 weeks and there is no response from the e-mail. I wrote to the Turkish Forum and received a response after 10 days saying that there is no solution.
