Allow Foreign NC/A

As suggested some times ago in RA/NC forums, i would like ManagerZone players to be able to run for National Coach (NC) positions in foreign countries as well, as some nations don't even have an NC. This would greatly encourage players to do so. Additionally, I suggest blocking those managers who already hold a role in MZ (for example block RA, FA, GA etc) to prevent a monopoly by the same individuals, which would make the game boring.As suggested some times ago in RA/NC forums, i would like ManagerZone players to be able to run for National Coach (NC) positions in foreign countries as well, as some nations don't even have an NC. Alternatively, candidacies of those who already hold another position should not be allowed. But it seems that strange things are happening. We need to give voice and space to new people as well. +1 Let me give you an example. In the Wolrd Cup 2022 qualifications, Luxembourg finished the group undefeated. They won a group with Spain in it. They qualified for the Wolrd Cup 2022 and they should have been ranked top 32 in the World Cup 2023 qualifications. Unfortunately, they don't have NC now. So, the direct beneficiary of this walk-over was Wales, which qualified to the World Cup 2023 in the absence of Luxembourg, which should have been placed after the top seeded Turkey. I'm not saying that Wales didn't deserve that qualification. They played rather well and deserved that second place, even though was defeated 0-7 by the new World Champion, Turkey. What I'm saying is that Luxembourg could have received an international Coach. I mean like Why not? Why not give people the opportunity of being NC? Why not have ALL the countries play for a change?+1

Once again, 2 RA candidates are running for NC and NCA, and once again those with different roles will monopolize the national mandate. I keep insisting on blocking the candidacies of RA, GA, FA, MA, etc., because, as I said, it's a monopoly, and it has really exhausted us! At this point, I'm talking about my community, only graduates should be allowed to participate because they are the ones who spend tokens, do everything, and make the game impossible for others. I don't understand why the monopoly of the same people is encouraged and why other individuals are continuously penalized. No one else can become NC, NCA, or RA. Some rules need to be reviewed and/or new ones added to make them more democratic. But let's imagine that the proposals aimed at improving the game for everyone will be, as usual, ignored. I don't understand your point of you. Usually MAs, RAs etc. are appreciated members of the Community. If they have the time to help the National Teams as well, and they are voted by the Community members, what's the problem?I don't understand your point of you.

I just said ppl has enough to see all the time the same ppl doing everything and read a player with [ra][nc][ma][fa] etc. So let them play alone and we withdraw from the game. Other ppl can't compete for nothing thats annoying. So i say to make a rule for block them from monopolize the National election as well. No one can do RA or NC because they all the time do that.

For many years (at least 7) i'm the only one managing the NC. Sometimes i don't want to do it (because we don't have managers and players) But i can't let the national team go like that without a coach. So i take it everytimeFor many years (at least 7) i'm the only one managing the NC.

Another option could be to be assigned to the manager. Let's suppose a manager runs for NC în his Country and loses. Another small country had no candidates so it doesn't have an NC. Then the manager receives a Notification. "Would you like to be the National Coach of... ? This offfer will expire in 48 hours."
