Can foreigners limit be reviewed or totally taken off? Ie. China has 9 foreigners possible while Poland only 7. It’s a huge difference…Can foreigners limit be reviewed or totally taken off?

Hey there jakuboto :D About the poll, i am agree with tiger13: taken off absolutely reviewed maybe. I think also that maybe should be divided from the European Union and non-European Union players (i dunno how work in others nations) but could be complicated so maybe lvl every nation to the same numbers of not national player?
