What attribute are important for winger tactic?

I have never been particularly successful but aside from AP, speed and BC to outrun the defence and also hold onto the ball if tackles are attempted. Good Aerial Passing for winger, ball controll and inteligence, also good speed and stamina. For heading striker, Heading of course, inteligence , ball controll etc. OVerall teams must have good aerial passing as well to make sure winger gets the balls.
