U21 national team challenge

When I click it, there's no list of teams available to challenge. It's the last remaining 'chain' achievement I need. What's the deal? Can I only challenge them when there's an upcoming/ongoing U21 tournament in progress?When I click it, there's no list of teams available to challenge.

Go to 'U21 National Teams' under the 'National Teams' sub menu and choose the team you want to play and press 'challenge' Works for me, just tried.Go to 'U21 National Teams' under the 'National Teams' sub menu and choose the team you want to play and press 'challenge'

Thanks for the replies. I can challenge, but I assume that it won't count towards gaining 15 points in the U21 challenge table seeing as the table doesn't exist?Thanks for the replies.
