The pass back bug at the start of 2nd half

So today I was watching a youtube channel and while talking the guy mentions that "there is a bug where players start passing the ball back at the start of 2nd half and that he has never been affected by it but some people is complaining about it". Well I never thought there is people not affected by this bug! I lost important cup finals and semi-finals because of it! And it's not a rare ocurrence neither, it affected something like maybe 1 out of 5 of my cup playoff games (which are the ones I remember mostly due to raging about it) and this is a guy that has been playing for over 15 years so he certainly should have been affected and noticed this bug by now, is a hard one to miss! I'd like to try to figure out what triggers this bug, is it tactical settings? Changing tactics on the 1st half? Changing players in the first half? Is it just something that affects some accounts and doesn't affect others for no reason at all? (this last option would would really piss me off, as it will mean some users have a huge advantage for no reason). So maybe it's time to compare notes? For starters, has anyone never been affected by this bug? Always had the impression that it was meant as an experience event of some kind. So if your team experience is lower than your opponent's, there's a higher chance you get the short end of the stick. Is not related to experience or at least high experience doesn't help to prevent it. A long time ago crew though it was a good idea to implement in a beta version that if your team is winning by 3-0 goals your players would start passing the ball around instead of try to score, this was awful and allowed your opponent to comeback in the most frustrating way ... the bug plays like exactly like I remember that implementation so I always thought this bug is a leftover code from that beta version. Now is it triggered by some events in the game, is it triggered by a combination of settings/tactics or it just affects some teams and others are bug free?Is not related to experience or at least high experience doesn't help to prevent it.
