I newly joined this game a week ago. I paid for a membership and then when I logged back in a day later I found myself in a totally different account, which didnt include the membership I had paid for. I was unable to log into the original account.
I asked for help on the help desk and although a refund was offered I was told off for being impatient and basically told that ie was somehow MY fault because the support desk person had never seen anything like this and it was a 'million to one chance' it could be a Managerzone glitch.
I dont give a stuff about the small amount i have paid but the people running this game need their heads examining if that is how they treat new customers. What a farce.
