The rudeness of the people running this game

I newly joined this game a week ago. I paid for a membership and then when I logged back in a day later I found myself in a totally different account, which didnt include the membership I had paid for. I was unable to log into the original account. I asked for help on the help desk and although a refund was offered I was told off for being impatient and basically told that ie was somehow MY fault because the support desk person had never seen anything like this and it was a 'million to one chance' it could be a Managerzone glitch. I dont give a stuff about the small amount i have paid but the people running this game need their heads examining if that is how they treat new customers. What a farce. well, next time you get money stolen from you, you just take your time and don't complain for a week. Then when you get offered the money back and told it was your fault, just say ' thank you, oh thank you, i'm so grateful.' You guys have not a clue what customer service is. if you look at the posts properly - clearly a tough task for you - you can see I posted on SUNDAY, not Monday. Today is also Thursday. And I still haven't had the membership money I paid refunded. Charef, you know nothing about the case, you've done nothing about it, but the moment theres some criticism flying around, oh there you are suddenly with plenty to say. Where were you when a new player was asking why he'd been moved off the account he spent hours on and paid membership for and put on some completely different account?
