wtf

I just joined. Spent a day setting up things on the account - getting rid of players, youth academy. i paid for club membership. Now everything i did has disappeared and i keep getting moved between two completely different teams. Whats going on? [color=blue]Closed by charef[/color]I just joined. I'd recommend writing ticket to support. If you go to Community > Help > Support and choose the relevant drop down ans write your message. Then someone from the support team will be able to look into it.I'd recommend writing ticket to support. I've had no response from the so-called help desk. Its incredible. Managerzone takes payment for a club membership, switches my club account to a new one, wasting the hours i spent setting up the original account and taking the membership money, which hasnt been transfered. Then nobody bothers to get back to me from help desk.I've had no response from the so-called help desk. Its incredible. Good to have a new manager join. Never heard of this happening! Can only assume it was to move you out of an inactive league. Hi webregas, thank you! i was put on a team in dvision 3. i changed the name to beckenham town. and paid for managerzone membership. i was then moved to another team called hansworth, which i have changed to beckenham united, but the money i spent on the membership was wasted because i no longer have membership. You can see the 2 beckenham teams in my division. 09-08-2022 17:00 This is to let you know that our support ticketing system, Request-Tracker, will be paused for roughly 12 hours, between 9PM CET today (August 9) and tomorrow at 10AM CET. It will still be possible to request support during that time, but your ticket can not be viewed by an agent until 10 tomorrow at the earliest. The user for Beckenham Town is showing as being a 'Blue Club Supporter'. "Managers who support the game as Club Members are awarded Blue Club Member badges." Not sure if the accounts were created in error, but its probably hard to tell the difference because all that changed was the extra underscore.Beckenham United
