I think a good way to overhaul them would be to improve the overall skillset of loyal players. Tbf we could also think removing the money aspect and make it only loyal players maybe. Example 0 money 4 loayl players no other options. Then it will be ofc random who gets good players and whos not.Tbf we could also think removing the money aspect and make it only loyal players maybe.
