Battler training camp package choice

I was curious if the battler package (shooting, ball control & tackling) would ever make a return to the wildcard packages? I remember it being an option a number of years ago and it was really useful to have when developing youths (especially midfielders) would reintroducing it encourage more people to develop players?I was curious if the battler package (shooting, ball control & tackling) would ever make a return to the wildcard packages?
