About tactic rules

Please, given the following scenario: Rule 1: At 50min, if losing by 1, change the passing to short. Rule 2: At 60min, if losing by 1, change the passing to wing. If at 65' the opponent score and the game is 1-0, will my team play short passing or wing? Thanks,Please, given the following scenario:

Rule 1: At 50min, if losing by 1, change the passing to short.

Tactic rules are checked when ball is out of bounds(throw in, penalty, free kick, shot wide etc.). So on 65th minute when ball goes out of bounds, then tactic rules are checked. So rule 2 should be applied when following logic. if ball is out of bounds, lets say on 55th minute then team starts playing short passing, until ball is out of bounds and if still losing 0-1 your team should switch to wings. But let us know! So, in my scenario, if the ball only goes out of bounds at 65 when the opponent scores, then both rules are going to be applied, but the team will be playing wings because is the latest rule, right?

In my opinion, the rule say the exact time. It say "at 60" so if the opponent score in 65" the rules are not applied. From my experience, the rules will take effect at any point when the ball is out of play after the designated time. You are correct that the second rule would be in effect. Not sure if your team my have two changes in short order if you also have formation changes.From my experience, the rules will take effect at any point when the ball is out of play after the designated time. Tactic rules are checked everytime when ball is out of bounds. Lets say next scenario happens: Game is tied at 0-0 unitil the end of the match. On 89th minute opponent scores and then losing team will start playing WINGs as tactic rule number 2 will be applied. This is useful when you want to change things IF you are losing a match. It has couple of times worked for me.
