option for early retirement in the club

I have some players, who mainly play from youth to over 30 years old. I don't want to sell them because these players have accompanied my journey in MZ from the past until now. is there an option to give them early retirement? yes maria, that's why I give suggestion here. rather than being fired with another club, it's better to retire early.

I would like the same option. I have a player from my academy that turns 33 now and it's not retiring and I'm waiting for the las 3 season for him to do so.
