Scout report

Apologies if answered elsewhere. Is there a significant difference between players that say the following for 4 star HP. This player will be a top class player. This player will be a world class player. Is it essentially that the world class one will likely have multiple 10s and 9s whereas top class may have 3 10s and some 9s max. The world class could have 4+ 10s? Would world class simply refer to a player who has 40 out of 40 for their top 4 skills?Apologies if answered elsewhere.

Can't seem to find a single world class comment on my team but would like to see it cos every text on the player seems to be same for me HP4, LP2 : shows amazing potential and is likely to develop into a top class player. Make sure to nurture him from day one. HP4, LP1 : is a great prospect and could develop into an elite player. We should find a place in the squad for him. HP3, LP2 : is versatile and shows a lot of potential. I wouldn't be surprised if he develops into an elite player should you decide to give him a chance. HP3, LP1 : is a promising player. If you think his key skills are interesting, I wouldn't advice against giving him a run in the team. HP2, LP2 : is versatile but seems to lack any real key strengths. There was a player on the transfer market. He went for 10million+. His comment was this player will be world class etc. I've got 6 4 star HPs and they all say top class.There was a player on the transfer market. He went for 10million+.

Not reliable in what sense? I understand not all 4star HP won't be great. Most will. However. If the scout report says world class. Thats different as it could be alluding to 39-40 skills from top 4 skills. Thats crazy good.Not reliable in what sense?

I have 39 baller on my team that says top class player. Been searching market for world class can't find. Ill keep eye out for those but for now. If this world class report exist maybe it can mean for HP4, LP3 but the game can't show stars properly maybe. A player sold for 10m+ the other day. He had 4 10s and his scout report said world class. If we can identify that player we can find the report.A player sold for 10m+ the other day. He had 4 10s and his scout report said world class.

Most is just false hope. One of the lower potential skills will be stamina or play intelligence. Youth system needs improvement
