How bad is an overplayed player, compared to same player when fi

My 1st keeper got overplayed.
Yet, I'm still not sure if now he is worse than my sub keeper which is fit.
Could you please help and tell me how much does the overplayed form status affect a players productiveness?

What would you choose? The:
a) overplayed keeper with speed 8 and stamina 9
b) fit keeper with speed 4 and stamina 7
?

Personally, I've never cared about fitness, but I do believe there is severe impact

I initially read the title as "How bad is an overweight player compared to same player when fit"...

Well, I'm gonna go get some coffee to wake up.

i would use form packege to restore the 1st goalkeepers form, (Will cost some PT)

If that is not possible i would use the one with most form=)

I would say there is not enough information right now to make a most adequate decision.

What is the experience? other skills? Experience is the second skill I would look if others are same or similar.

Why do you have 2 keepers anyway? From financial perspective it seems wise to sell 1 and keep only 1 keeper for senior team. Selling will give you extra money and you'll get rid of his salary. Keepers never get injured or suspended(unless you use them on field position). So sale of 1 keeper seems like best option.

speed and stamina is the only difference.

I did not know that they never get injured or suspended. However, they can get underplayed and overplayed. This is now my case and I'm glad that I have a sub as an option.

With no substitute keeper, the only one will always be overplayed since you'll need him on the field twice every week.

A player will get overplayed only if he plays too many friendlies. Put him on the pitch to no more than 4 friendlies and you will never have to think about overplaying.

Thank you! Yeah, I know, but accidents happen. :)

Just giving you my two cents.

From the Manual:

"Form and Experience

Although neither can be increased by training, Form and Experience can both help to maximise a player's other attributes."

So… rephrasing the question you asked, if you had a player with less stamina, less speed and more experience, which one would you play?

In this case I'd go with the 4 speed 7 stamina dude. He is not too far behind.

I'd use the form package but if I had to choose, if all other skills are equal, I'd play the fit player.

But if we think about the number of form balls, do you think it would be a big difference if the player is "overplayed", but, for example, has 8 form balls, compared to the desired 9 balls?

I mean... 8 to 9 shouldn't really make a big difference I think.

i think It will make a pretty big diffrence, on the top level you fight for every % advantage you can get. If you get 7-8 form you will have around 20% worse preformance on that player compared to a 9.75 form player. If you are in the lower divisions where it can be huge gaps between teams it is not sure you even notice it, but in the higher divisions you will notice a diffrence.

Personally I weight every position on total balls. So I've chosen around 6 skills for each position. I combine all balls + exp and + form. The one with the least balls is dropped pretty much.
