Scout Report accuracy

Sure this has been asked time and time again but played this many moons ago and this feature wasnt included back then. It's accurate for its purposes. It doesn't provide great detail about maxings, but gives you a general idea of player's potential. There' variability, of course. E. g., 4HP player could max his HP skill at 9, while it's possible for 3HP player to reach 10 in a HP skill. Also, a player with 2LP might max a skill at 5, but could also reach 7 balls in a LP skill. But there's still a lot of info in these abstract estimates of the report according to which you can make decent predictions.It's accurate for its purposes. LP2 can max as low as 4 and as high as 8.

Yes, thanks for adding this. Also, IMO, one of the worst things that could happen is for a 3HP player to max a HP skill at 8.
