I will give this to you for free because if you use some of it to improve the
game and start making a profit. I get to play it.

Online games that are very addictive and make a lot of money do so because of
player input, player activity, tasking, community, rewards...

Above all and because of those thing's player connectivity.

Things that can be implemented into the worlds #1 online Manager game.

Finance/Development

Cub Support via making and selling supporter items:

If the user has 2 options to create income one being the standard once a day
log in for those users. A daily log in where you can order a Smaller amount of
items (Per) Item without having to log in more than once inside 24 Hours.

A second option where you can order items in .5 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Etc. Hours,
where the advantage to a person logging in more often is substantial.

Hourly updates on profit and a live ladder that shows you who has sold the most
supporter gear today and another for the week.

Ground Maintenance:

Option for once a day log in. More expensive less effective.

Manually if you log in after each home game and faster you act on sending out
your ground staff, hiring temp staff, cleaners. On this every hour passes the
price rises slightly.

Investment:

The option to invest money with the bank or financial company's:

This option can't just be set and forget.

12/15 Hour updates asking you which option your money investment stays in or
switches to, showing previous results for different choices but as we all knowing
past performance is no guarantee.

Should have a minimun exit time attached (Month).
Activity allows you log in, in time to switch your investment because your
"Finance Advisor" (Who is Pay to play)
The free one is not as good.
tells you the investment is going badly or is time to sell and reinvest.

Stadium:

Not one single game has anything to do here after you reach Maximum Limits
they just sit there forever lost to any log in impact on the game.

Stadiums are covered in Maintenance day to day, however they should decay,
they should become outdated. Something that can't be fast tracked any
other way but to log in every 12 hours to manually replace a seat or
oven in you kitchen. Lots of things you could use. None the Maintenance covers
Maintenance just general/unspecific.

Stadiums in the game should include all things and none of the stadium can be
speed tracked via pay to play... Only by constant logging in.
a 12-15 hour timer to next action required till all work stops.
Train Station, Bus Stop, Fast Food, Restaurant, Entertainment, Radio and TV,
Playing Pitch, Accommodation, Much More!

The BIG equalizer for new players is the new player stadium should be 100%
actually better than the older players. Until it starts to decay. Then the
honeymoon is over.

For instance:

Train Station = Ticket Pricing (Can't be the same) Else set and forget.
Imagine the game chat as people try to work out the sweet price this month?

Bus Stop = Same (but not same Monthly Price as the sweat spot as Train)

Radio and TV = Monthly Contracts

Playing Pitch = Decay/Nets/Goffers lol/Line Marking

Fast Food = Make it yourself More you log in More you can make in Hourly Input.

Restaurant = Same

Entertainment = Hire and Fire

Accommodation = Monthly Sweat Spot Changes = More Visitors. Discussion in Chat.



Communication:

This is HUGE/MASSIVE to a Online Game.

Right in the corner a CHAT WINDOW.. Open Chat and Guild Chat.

Can't be minimized else players will miss a message they might respond too.

Forums sure but they are really not effective.

Transfer Market/Loan Players:

This has to be set in a fashion that players can not cheat.

No game does this, one is close.

A player should have a Value attached to him and that is what he is worth!

If you place him on the market you instantly receive that amount and that
amount only. If he sells for 20 Million more than that, you don't get the money.

Youth Development is done no better than how this game does it. However the older
teams will have set teams for many seasons, these youth can't bridge the gap to
the senior team. This game has the answer Youth and U-23 is great.

New teams need players they can not afford and older players are developing
players for the future.
Have the ability to Loan out players, this can be taken
advantage of because of money being exchanged between players, so you have to
do this in a way that the Owner and the Loner benefit. So is no charge in game
money. However the Loaned player develops faster. Still if guilds are created
then deals where I send you my youth and you send me yours will happen.

Player can only be loaned to a team 2 Divisions below your division.
Player can only be loaned to a team that has not loaned 3 players from you in
the current season.
Player that is loaned to a team created in the last two season BUT not the current
season and has a Activity Score (Something you have to make from log in's) of
+ daily (Means the team owner logs in at least once a day. For a week on 10 days
or month, what ever works. This Loaned player receives Special training.

Comp's/Cups/Instant Matches

This part of the game has to have Levels to please all in order to engage so
many people. Different strokes for different strokes for different folks :)

The League:

This is the Holly Grail and guess how many Holly Grails are supposed to
exist? (1)

The Standard League should be every club in the one league.

24 teams in the Top Division

12 Spots for instant relegation

6 Spots for playoff Relegation/promotion

6 Can Stay.

So that means Div 1 holds 18 Leagues where only the TOP team Promote into a
playoff to find where the 12 Instant slots come from.

The 6 Playoff spots we are far from done with.

First the TOP Divisions 6 Playoff teams go into the 6 groups
Then the 6 that failed Auto Promotion go into the 6 Groups
Then the 18 Div 1 teams are added to the groups to make 6 groups of 5
playing twice with 2 Byes. Similar but not the same for lower divisions...
as more Division to share less places. You get the point however.

These playoff games should be a financial BONAZER and a significant
advantage to made a part off. However the Division should not pay more to
the TOP teams it should be that the Playoffs for Div 5 are worth Just a Much
to the Managers.

Cups: All Official cups should be Division Based. Perhaps one FA Style Cup.

Above is for the Standard one a day log in players who want to see 2 Matches
a Week.

Now for the Content, that which is for the active addicted players.

A System where Cups and Leagues can be created by players, as soon as its
full it starts Matches played every 2 hours, Unlike the regular season these
Leagues and Cup have no effect on the Regular Season, Players don't lose
Condition or get Injured, cards are forgotten after the Instant League or Cup

A System where Cups and Leagues are generated by the game. Working as above.
The only Difference between them is the player made ones can restricted who
plays in them. Plus the Player made one cost you Credits to make But not very
much, A few Credits.

Benefit of playing these games apart form something to do?

Can make it so a player can select the reward to the winner.

Things like remove player maxing/player age -2 Years/50K Hotdogs/20K Steaks/5K
new Supporters/ So much can be done.

What this does is create content and engagement. The guy who logs in every 2 days or
one a week might have to rethink that and run a few instant Cups cos his Stadium
Needs HOT DOGS!

So these are some suggestions for what a real Manager game would look like.
