Form issue, starters now overplayed?

Longtime manager here, I’m normally good with being organized in how I set up friendlies but when I went to look ahead to Wednesday’s league match I noticed my stat defender shows Overplayed. A quick form camp solved it but then a second starting defender was also Overplayed taking my last form package. But it went on. In all, 7 of my starting lineup went overplayed and I checked my friendlies, they all played two sets of doubles only last week. Your starting lineup played double friendlies on 5th, 7th and 8th of october and two league games so they got overplayed.Your starting lineup played double friendlies on 5th, 7th and 8th of october and two league games so they got overplayed.

Yeah. I'm confused by this also. I've been informed to play 2 league games and 4 friendlies with my main squad. Which I do every week. Mon and Tues friendlies and the two league games I have a back up squad for the other 6 friendlies. So I've been going along nicely. But since I've started playing all these cups all my players pretty much need a rest? Can someone explain as I thought I'd read cups only help positively? I'm now going into a super important league game with 6 players at 8 form. :-(Yeah. I'm confused by this also.

Player can't play more than 4 friendly matches in a week if he also played 2 league matches(uxx, world league also count). I accidentally played 5 friendlies last week and also half of my squad is tired :(Player can't play more than 4 friendly matches in a week if he also played 2 league matches(uxx, world league also count). I may not have explained myself. I've been religiously playing 4 friendlies and 2 league games each week. However now that I've started playing cup games. My players are showing as overplayed and need rest? This doesn't make sense with how people explained it previously. Cup games only positively influence games. So why are 6 of my players over played?I may not have explained myself.

I played 1 extra last week to make the low 9 form players max. I didnt think it would make 6 starters 8 form. Learning curve for sure. ApologiesI played 1 extra last week to make the low 9 form players max. I didnt think it would make 6 starters 8 form.
