Sending off !

How can you be leading 2-0 against 11 men, then your opposition get a player sent off and you lose 3-2 against 10 men, can happen I'm sure but not as many times as it does, either fix problem or stop sending people off ?How can you be leading 2-0 against 11 men, then your opposition get a player sent off and you lose 3-2 against 10 men, can happen I'm sure but not as many times as it does, either fix problem or stop sending people off ?
